Green Smoothie Cleanse Review

Hello friends and followers!

I wanted to give you an update on how the cleanse went. Yesterday was the last of the 10-day cleanse and I am feeling much better. This cleanse was 10 days of greens, fruits, detox tea, nuts, and LOTS of water. The first 5-6 days were a little rough, which is why I didn’t post after day 2. I felt weak, tired, and just not motivated. However, once I started incorporating some exercise my and body finished adjusting, I started feeling great.

My daily water intake was insane – I usually drank a minimum of 96 oz every day. This helped me feel hydrated for the first time in a while. Also, I am not much of a breakfast eater during the week because I don’t seem to have the time. I made the smoothies the night before and I felt a difference having a good breakfast in the morning, which is something I will continue even post-cleanse.

Weight loss was not the motivator to the cleanse, and while I didn’t loose as much weight as I thought I would, I did lose 10 pounds. I am excited to feel my body change for the better and to become healthier in so many different ways!

Thank you for reading about my fun smoothie cleanse adventure. I am excited to be back to eating solid food, though I have not been craving coffee as much as I thought I would be. Stay tuned for my next adventure, whatever it may be.
